TOWN OF FENTON Building Project Permit
The Town of Fenton Building Inspector is also a Safety Inspector. The purpose of the town having a Building Inspector is to insure safety of our residents, while working with them to achieve the projects they would like to tackle at their homes. This is done through adherence to the International Building Code, the NYS Building Code and the Fenton Town Code. The interpretation of these codes is integral to the Permit Process.
